HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-687CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular.__ meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day Of nrtnhpr , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-687 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86-280 AND SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO THE FILING OF AND RELATED TO THE VACATION OF SIGHT EASEMENT LOT 24, BLOCK 1, CREEKWOOD HILLS 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council approved the vacation of a sight easement over a portion of Lot 24, Block 1, Creekwood Hills 3rd Addition by Resolution No. 86-280. WHEREAS, said resolution contained a condition with regard to the recording of said resolution which must be deleted in order to record said resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the deletion of the following from resolution Resolution No. 86-280: Said vacation shall not be filed at Hennepin County until the City has received from the owner of Lot 24, Block 1, Creekwood Hills 3rd Addition a sight easement for the Westerly 35 feet of said lot. FURTHER, that the City Clerk shall not record Revised Resolution No. 86-280 until the City has received a sight easement over the Northerly 30 feet of the Easterly 35 feet of Lot 24, Block 1, Creekwood Hills 3rd Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider.
