Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-681
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO 6 AND FINAL
1985 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO'S 207, 324, 455, 459, 501 AND 504
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Co., as
contractor have entered into an agreement for the 1985 Utility and Street
Improvement Project, City Project No's 207, 324, 455, 459, 501 and 504, said
agreement being dated June 19, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $302,597.65 one (1) change
order was approved in the amount of $87,007.85 and the value of the
so
work to date is $407,957.23.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the 1985 Utility and
Street Improvement Projects and certified to the Council by the
engineer as acceptable be and the same is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any
and all legal rights of the owner, requited guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $86,145.14 to
Northdale Construction Co. for the 1985 Utility and Street
Improvement Projects is hereby approved and the City Finance
Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of t..z foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
. Vasiliou_ and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
