Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thewith day of October . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,Zouncilmembers ra n,�aliou, and
Zitur The
following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-666
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WORD OF LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD
CHURCH (84015)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Word of Life Assembly of God Church located at 12300 18th
Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-781; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Savings Certificate in the amount of $112,784.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Cour_11 under Resolution No. 85-201 reduced the Savings Certificate
to $77,784.00; and,
' WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 85-410 furthcr authorized the reduction
of the Savings Certificate to $52,830.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 85-592 further authorized the reduction
of the Savings Certificate to $10,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements have been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Savings
Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Savings Account
No. 4524653 at Park National Bank in the amount of $10,000.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Word of Life Assembly of God Church located at 12300
18th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ziturand upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
