Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wa;: held on the-6-tT— day of October 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor ,oerZuncilmembers rain, Vasillot7and
Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: Co-uncilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-660
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BURGER KING
CORPORATION (85003)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Burger King Corporation, located at 10000 County Road 9 was
approved under City Council Resolution No 85-198; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $120,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Financial Guarantee;
iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEL BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond No. 4725208 in the amount of $120,000.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Burger King Corporation at 10000 County Road 9 to
$10,00.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
votea in favor thereof: or Schniider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur

voted against or abstained: none hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
