• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6'tW - day of October 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers Crain, as lion, and
Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-659
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR FOUR SEASONS
AUTOMOTIVE (85012)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Dan Robbins, Jerry's Service, Inc., located at 9950 County
Road 9 was approved under City Council Resolution No 85-297; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Dispersement Account in the amount of $114,858.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Financial Guarantee;
iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Disparsement
Account in the amount of $114,858.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Four Seasons Automotive at 9950 County Road 9 to $10,00.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow nq
