. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the

Councilmember Crain introduced the follow`ng Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-655
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR TYRELL
FOURTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES, INC. (86107) (RPUD 79-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Tyrell Fourth Addition as requested by Hans Hagen Homes, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, ar,0 related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for 10 units in accordance
with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Flit. Credit is
applied for two units in accordance with the Amnurst 2nd Addit;on Development
Contract; there remains 0 (zero) credit for future additions.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engir..�er prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeuwner Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
5. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 79-2 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resoi-tion was duly seconded by
Councilmember 7itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Magor Cchnojder- Councilmembers Crain. Vasiliou. and 71tur

voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
