Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of October . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,-Councilmemberu ra n as liou and
Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: touncilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-652
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR BERG
ADDITION FOR JOHN HATZUNG, BERG & ASSOCIATES (86093)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Berg 2nd Addition as requested by John Hatzung, Berg & Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
