Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6iF_ day of October . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,Touncilmembers Crain, as lion, and
Zitur 'T e
following mem ers were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-650
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR JOHN HATZUNG, BERG & ASSOCIATES FOR BERG ADDITION
(86093)
WHEREAS, John Hatzung has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat for Berg & Associ-
ates for "Berg Addition", a plat for three lots for office development at the southwest
corner of 45th Avenue North and County Road 18 frontage; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for John Hatzung,
Berg & Associates for "Berg Addition", a plat for three lots for office development at
the southwest corner of 45th Avenue North and County Road 18 frontage, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer
and water.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied and shall comply with the B-1
standards.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ziturand upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Courcilmembers Crain, Vasiliou,_and Zitur
The following

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
