Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of October . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Co ncilmembers Crain, as_liou, and
Zitur - he
following mem ers were absent: touncilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-648
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCES FOR ERWIN do KEVIN STOBBE (86103)
WHEREAS, Erwin do Kevin Stobbe have requested approval of a Lot Division and Variances
for property at 12220 28th Avenue North to redivide two platted lots which were
consolidated; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of Lots 1 and 2 lying West of a line drawn from a point on the North line of
said Lot 1 distant 11 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 to a point on the
South line of said Lot 2 distant 29 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 2,
except the South 15 feet of said Lot 2; Lot 3 except the South 15 feet thereof, and Lot
4; all in Block 1, Elmhurst Heights, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Shall be divided into the following:
PARCEL A:
That part of Lot 4 and Lot 3, except the South 15.00 feet thereof, Block 1, ELM-
HURST HEIGHTS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying west of a line drawn from a point
on the north line of said Lot 4 distant 68.75 feet east of the northwest corner
thereof to a point on the south line of said Lot 3 distant 77.75 feet east of the
southwest corner thereof and there
Together with the East 1/2 of vacated Larch Lane, according to Document No.
4457138.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, ELMHURST HEIGHTS, Hennepin County, Min-
nesota, lying east of Line A and west of Line B described below, except the South
15.00 feet thereof:
Line A: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 4 distant 68.75 feet
east of the northwest corner thereof, thence southeasterly to a point on the south
line of said Lot 4 distant 77.75 feet east of the southwest corner thereof and
there terminating.

10 Line B: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 1 distant 11.00 feet
east of the northwest corner thereof; thence southeasterly to a point on the south
line of said Lot 1 distant 29.00 feet east of Oe southwest corner thereof and
there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin Cour4ty.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
