Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �regular � meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6tF_ day of October 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider7.o cilmembers Crain, VaaMliou, and
Zitur e

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-646
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PAUL SUOMALA FIR ::JOMALA ADDITION (86076)
WHEREAS, Paul Suomala has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat for three single
family residential lots at 430 Vinewood Lane, south of 6th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Paul Suomala
for Suomala Addition for three single family residential lots at 430 Vinewood Lane,
south of 6th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer
and water.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedi-
cation Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
7. No yard setback variances are granted or implied and shall comply with the R -1A
District standards.
8. Appropriate legal documents regarding the shared drive, as approved by the City
Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.

® 9. Lots 1 and 2 shall share a private drive access to 6th Avenue North which shall be
a "T" layout to prevent vehicles from backing out onto 6th Avenue North. The
design of the driveway shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to issuance of
a building permit on either 1a7;.
10. At the request of the developer, in conjunction with the Final Plat, the City will
install the sewer and water services if the developer agrees to the total
estimated assessment of $33,047.55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: Ma or Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
