City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ontKe 6th

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-640
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR AND WINE
LICENSES FOR PETER BIH, THE TEA HOUSE RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, application for on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor and Wine licenses
have been received from Peter Blh, 3660 Lancaster Lane, Plymouth, to be held in
conjunction with The Tea House Restaurant, 88 Nathan Lane, for consideration and
approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid and the Police Department has conducted an
investigation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor and Wine licenses
be approved for the following reason:
1. The applicant conforms with statutory and City code criteria for the
issuance of such licenses.
BE IT FURTHER t. "'OLVED, that the licenses are conditioned upon the following:
1. Submittal of required insurance certificates.
The motion for the adoptton of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me-
