Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29t1i__ day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
. Mayor Schneider,touncilmenibers Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Cowicilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-537
ADOPTING 1987 OPERATING BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed budgets as prepared by the
City Manager for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 1987;
WHEREAS, this Council on September 15 conducted a public hearing on the
proposed budgets and has further studied the budget during five public
meetings,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1987 operating budgets for all special revenue
funds and the various other funds are hereby approved and adopted:
General Fund Budget $ 8,098,900
Recreation Fund Budget 369,000
Forestry Fund Budget 231,000
Water Fund Budget 1,747,300
Sewer Fund Budget 2,762,300
Central Equipment Fund Budget 1,135,700
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council concurs in the 1987 Plymouth Housing
and Redevelopment Authority budget in the amount of $ 498,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember'Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
