HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-627CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th ;!.ay of September , 1986. The following members were present: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-627 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION (81055) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 13, 1983, Beverly H. Lillyblad, Duane Lillyblad, Helen M. Fries, Robert Middlemist, Jr. and Merry Middlemist, developer of Merry Middlemist Addition (81055) has agreed to Install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sock Pond or r,,itch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ 42,750 $ -0- 22,450 -0- 0-22,250 22,250 -0- 5,675 -0- 4,400 -0- -0- -0- 150 -0- 1,000 -0- 3,000 -0- 15,000 -0- -0- -0- 14,001 -0- $ 130,676 $ -0- That the letter of credit required previously reduced to $4,275 be further reduccd to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 400 is hereby released. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counf:lmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk _Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
