Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
• Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-625
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 6TH ADDITION (81041)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 30, 1984,
Elmer W. Robeck, Patricia M. Robeck, Robert E. Middlemist, Jr. and Merry
Middlemist, developer of Robert Middlemist 6th Addition (81041) has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHER?AS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required (No. 369) be reduced from $40,522 to $12,000
to reflect the completed work as noted above.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 351 in the
. amount of $10,000 for grading, resodding and reseeding previously reduced to
$5,000 be further reduced to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. Letter
of Credit No. 351 is hereby released.

. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and
gutter is hereby accepted for continual maintenance as of September 29, 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember ZituP , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
