HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-624CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day • of September , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. C uncilmembers Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou. and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 624 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 3RD ADDITION (83008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 28, 1984, BLH Development Company, developer of Bass Lake Heights 3rd Addition (83008) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 32,585 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer System 22,838 -0- Watermain System 19,758 -0- Storm Sewer System 8,130 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 3,800 400 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 1,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 1,000 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 42,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 16,009 324 TOTAL $ 149,420 $ 3,024 Tha, the letter of credit required be reduced from $9,072 to $3,024 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur 10 The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
