Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day of
September , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-623
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
1985 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 455
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This change order provides for the installation of a control structure at the
Outlet for Pond BC -P13 to comply with DNR requirements. This change order is
$3,300.00.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the 1985 Utility and Street Improvement
Contract, Project 455 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
. PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 3 for the 1985 Utility and Street
Improvements Contract, Project 455, adding $3,300.00 is hereby approved.
Original Contract Amount $302,597.65
Previous Change Grders 83,707.85
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - ADD 3,300.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT........ $389,605.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
