Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day
• of Seetember , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor c neer, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-622
REDEFERRING OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, in accordance with City Policy certain parcels of homestead land were
asst:ssed at a residential rate with the remainder of the assessment deferred at
the established rate; and
WHEREAS, the deferral was for a five year period which has now expired; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that said assessment shall be
redeferred for a period of three years beginning January 1, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA That the assessments listed below which were previously
deferred be reueferred for the period of years and interest rate as indicated:
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that if the property is not used by the owner for their
homestead, further subdivided during the three year period, the deferred
assessment shall become payable in full.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
. Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that if the property is not used by the owner for their
