Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-610
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 9713
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 85-388 special assessments were
levied by the City Council for Project No. 404, Sunrise/Skyline Hills Street
and Utility Improvements; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to negotiations between the City Attorney and the property
owner on an appeal of the special assessment, an agreement has been reached for
the following parcel; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has agreed to modify the assessment roll and the
property owner is withdrawing their special assessment appeal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
1. That the assessments be reduced in the following amount as they apply to
each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the remainder of years
and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 9713 with the first
installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1987.
3. That the City is to reimburse to the affected property owner the difference
between the new and old amount of assessment for all prior year
installments plus interest at the rate of 9.36% per year that have been
paid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
