Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day of
September , 1986. The following members were present:
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86{09
GRANTING DRIVEWAY EASEMENT OVER OUTLOT A
PLYMOUTH PONDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, Outlot A was deeded to the City as a condition of the Plymouth Ponds
Addition Plat; and
WHEREAS, Granting said Outlot A for trail purposes causes the platted lot to be
landlocked; and
WHEREAS, the developer of Plymouth Ponds Addition has requested a driveway
easement over said Outlot A to remedy the landlocked situation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to grant the requested
driveway easement across Outlot A, Plymouth Ponds Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
