Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of September 1965. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers ra n s Va�liou
and Zitur TAP
following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-607
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITF PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WELSH COMPANIES, INC. (85132)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Welsh Construction Company for property at 1405 Highway 101,
was approved under City Council Resolution No 86-12; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $47,220.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of Letter of Credit
No. 546, in the amount of $47,220.00, which was submitted t3 guarantee site
Improvements for Welsh Companies; Irc. for property at 1405 Highway 101 to $25,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Siskand upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: _Wayor Schneider, Councilmecnbers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
