Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a specialmeeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tfie29tTi day of September . 1986. The

following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-605
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CONSTRUCTION 70, INC. (85068)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Bert Bisbee, Plymouth CW, located at 13500 26th Avenue North,
was approved under City Council Resolution, No 85-658; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $162,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Bond;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond in the amount of 0162,000.00 which was submitt3d to guarantee site
Improvements for Construction 70, Inc. located at 13500 26th Avenue North to
$10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,the o owng
voted in favor thereof: ayor Schneldery Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and

voted against or abstained: none hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
