Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of September . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Cr;in, MR, Vashiou
and Zitur Re

Councilmember Zitur introduced the follor:ng Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-60
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (81041)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Robert Middlemist for Robert Middlemist 6th Addition, located
at the northeast corner of Zachary Lane and County Road 9, was approved under City
Council Resolution No. 83-229; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $6,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements have been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Letter of
Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 402 in the amount of $6,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Robert Middlemist for Robert Middlemist 6th Addition located at the northeast
corner of Zachary Lane and County Road 9.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Siskand upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: a or Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk Vasiliou and
Zitur The following

Resolution was declared duly -passed d—awe
