Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of September . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z uncilmembers Crain, Ssk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-602
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND AT 435
ZINNIA LANE (86094)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land at 435
Zinnia Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District to R-2 (low density
multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for
Frenchie LaPointe's Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Frenchie
. LaPointe's Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following vote n favor thereof: ayor chneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
