HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-600CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of September . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,Counclimembers_Cra n,, �931, VasVliou and Zitur ge followT—ng- members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 86-600 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ROBERT WOOD FOR CBM INDUSTRIES (86092) WHEREAS, Robert Wood has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment for CBM Industries for a two-story addition to the office/warehouse at 13200 County Road 6; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has revier•ed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Robert Wood for a Site Plan Amendment for CBM Industries to construct a two-story addition to the office/ warehouse at 13200 County Road 6, subject to the following conditions: ' 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Paynant of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 5. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes, except for approved variance for fire lanes per the August 25, 1986 Fire Chief's Memorandum. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure and no outside storage is permitted.
