Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 15th day of
September , 19 86. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasi
The tollowing ers were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and roved
its adaption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-593
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FUNDING FOR THE
LUCE LINE TRAIL EXTENSION AND MISCELLANEOUS TRAILS
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation, in a memo dated September 4,
1986, has outlined the improvements of trails along the Luce Line and miscellaneous
small trails, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and recommended
the said improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Director of Parks and Recreation's
recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized
to proceed with the construction of the Luce Line trail from Vicksburg Lane
east and miscellaneous small trail segments using current park dedication
funds that have previously been transferred to the 401 Construction account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken the --eon, the
fol owing voted in favor er o : Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -X -M and adopted.
