HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-592CITY OF PLYNOMM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was field on the 15th day of September , 19 86. The following members were present: �Mayor lSchneider,lCouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur 1nC following members were absent: none RAA introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 592 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING PUBLIC WORKS RESERVE FUNDS TO 401 ACCOUNT WHEREAS, the City of Plynouth kis'zes to Proceed with the construction of trails along Fernbrook Lane, Zachary Lane and Highway 101, and WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that the Public Works Reserve Fund be used to finance the construction of these trails, and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said recommendation in a memo from the Director of Parks and Recreatijn dated September 4, 1986, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has also recommended the construction of these trails using Public Works Reserve Funds; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Finance is authorized to transfer $245,000 from the Public Works Reserve Fund to the 401 Construction account to be used for the construction of trails along Fernbrook Lane, Zachary Lane, and Highway 101.
