Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _3e&jjlA, meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the15th day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou-_=,j 74t„r
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-587
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST a0 BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
FLEPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
1986 REMOVAL OF DISEASED TREES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.023 M.S.A. and Chapter XX,
Section 2020.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, the City
Forester of the City of Plymouth has caused destruction and removal of diseased
trees on certain lands within the City of Plymouth, and a determination has
been made, as provided by law, and the total amount of such work including
costs incurred is in the amount of $6,733.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $6,733.10.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Forester, shall forthwith
calculate the propar amount to be specially assessed as provided by lav,
and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office
of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The folloviag voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
