Wisiliou. and Zitur The following as hers were absent: none Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 110. 46- 586 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO 5Z ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR DELINQUENT WATER, SEWER AND STREET LIGHTING OR ANNUAL STREET LIGHTING FOR UNIMPROVED PARCELS WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VII, Section 715.03, 720.21 and 730.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for delinquent water, sewer and street lighting and street lighting for unimproved parcels have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such charges is $ 116,457.11. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The amount of delinquency to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 112,946.46 and the amount of the street lighting is hereby declared to be $ 3,510.65. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finance, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed as provided by law; and the clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cou ilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Schneiders +C_ cilmembers Crain,. Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and Mpted.
