Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-579
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR
MEYEF GONYEA ADDITION FOR DENNIS GONYEA AND HENRY MEYER (810:13)
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved the final plat and revised Development
Contract for the Meyer Gonyea Addition as requested by Dennis Gonyea and
Henry Meyer;
NOW, THEkEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat.
1. Compliance with the revised City Engineer's Memorandum for this
project.
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fees in accordance with current City policy
in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat for nonresidential
property.
3. No building permits to be issued until Final Plat is filed with
Hennepin County.
4. This resolution replaces Resolution No. 82-349, dated July 19, 1982,
which has never been filed at Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk.
