Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-578
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND REVISED DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
MEYER GONYEA ADDITION (81023) FOR
DENNIS GONYEA AND HENRY MEYER
WH'3REAS, Dennis Gonyea and Henry Meyer have requested approval of the Final
Plat for the Meyer Gonyea Addition, nonresidential property located on the
North side of County Road 18, East of Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval, Resolution No. 81-371, dated June 15, 1981; and
WHEREAS, The City staff has prepared a revised Development Contract covering
the improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dennis Gonyea
and Henry Meyer for the Final Plat approval of Meyer Gonyea Addition, a plat
for nonresidential property located on the North side of County Road 18, East
of Nathan Lane;
FURTHER, that the revised Development Contract for said plat '+e approved and
that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the gvelopment
Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed aad adopted.
