Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of September , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, .;isk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-577
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR
OAKWOOD SHORES 2ND ADDITION FOR BEGIN DEVELOPMENT (79034)
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved the final plat and revised development
contract for Oakwood Shores 2nd Addition as requested by Begin Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum for this
project.
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fees in accordance with :urrent City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat for 16
single family dwelling lots.
. 3. No building permits r,, be issued unci! Final Plat is filed with
Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coyncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
