HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-574CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of September 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur the following members were absent: none Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-574 APPROVING PARK DEDICl.TION AND L01 COVERAGE PROVISION CALCULATIONS FOR THAI LAND AT OR ABOVE THE 100 -YEAR HIGH WATER ELEVATION FOR 1HE WILLOW CREEK PLAZA DEVELOPMENT, WELSH CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (86091) WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council adopted Resolution No. 86-288 on May 19, 1986, approving park dedication calculations based on gross site acres; and, WPE--REAS, previous to the adoption of Resolution No. 86-288, the City Council approved amendments to the Park Dedication Policy and Zoning Ordinance to allow these calcula- tions to be based upon that land at or above the 100 -Year High Water Elevation; and, WHEREAS, Welsh Construction Corporation has requested these calculations be based upon the current Park Dedication Policy and Zoning Ordinance provisions; and, WHEREAS, the calculation of these requirements based on the current Policy and Ordinance provisions are within the development parameters of the same Ordinance; NOW, IHEREFORE, BE it HEREBY RESOLVED BY IHF CITY COUNCIL OF IRE CIIY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should ;ind here by does approve the park dedication and lot coverage provision calculations based on the current Park Dedication Policy and Zoning Ordinance provisions, for that land at or above the 100 -Year High Water Elevation; BE II FURTHER RESOLVED, that said office development shall comply with all applicable conditions of Resolution No. 86-288 which remain valid and in force; and, that this Resolution shall be filed on the property as a memorial. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counctimember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow voted in favor thereof: or Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
