Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the tFi day of September , 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Co.incilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
ado -F tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-573
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT REGARDING BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE RESTRICTIONS WITHIN
WESTWOOD RIDGE (85108)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council adopted Resolution No. 86-329 on June 2, 1986
approving Final Plat and Development Contract for Michael A and H.J. Freund; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract, at Item No. 14.15 states that no Building Permits
shall be issued fur Lots 1-4, Block 1, until the School District boundary relocation is
approved by Hennepin County; and
. WHEREAS, Westwood Ridge Enterprises, Inc. has requested this condition be amended on
the basis that the petition for said School District boundary change has been •.ubmitted
to Hennepin County for their approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Amendment to the Development
Contract with Westwood Ridge Enterprises, Inc. as originally adopted under Resolution
No. 86-329, to allow the issuance of Building Permits for said lots;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Item of said Development Contract shall be replaced
with the condition that no Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for Lots 1-4, Block
1, until the School District boundary relocation is approved by Hennepin County; and,
all other items of said Development Contract are valid.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
