Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the t day of September 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-572
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR PLYMOUTH SUPERETTES, INC. (84029)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Plymouth Superettes, Inc. located at 4130 Highway 101 was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 85-260; and,
WHEREt.S, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $10,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THER& ORL, BE 11 HEREBY RESOLVEU BY IHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C11Y OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 53653722 in the amount of $10,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Plymouth Superettes, Inc. located at 4130 Highway 101.

Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
