Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of September . 1986. The
following members were present: Ma or Schneider, Councilmember; Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLOTION NO. 86-571
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR E.D.S. CONSTRUCTION FOR BURGER
KING (83038)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Jeremiah Sisk, for Burger King located at 14430 28th Place
North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-523; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Perf:;rmance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $91,093.50; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspectee said site and
• recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 4000Q9691 in the amount of $91,093.50 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for E.D.S. Construction for Burger King located at 14430 28th Place North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In or thereof: ayor .c Heider, Councilmembers Crain. Vasiliou. and Zitur
voted against or abstained: Counc mem r Sisk —Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
