Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tFe —f5ttday of September 1986. The
following members were present:_Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,
and Litur Th—e
o owing members were absent: none
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-570
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR LYNDALE TERMINAL COMPANY FOR
HOLIDAY PLUS (83025)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Lyndale Terminal for Holiday Plus located at 4445 Nathan Lane
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-354; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Treasury Note in the amount of $513,520.72; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Treasury Note to $13,520.72;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Guarantee for Lyndale Terminal Company for Holiday Plus located at 4445
Nathan Lane to $13,520.72.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e o ow ng
voted in favor thereof: Mayor neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
votea against or anstained: none - hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
