Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 86- 567
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR WINTER ACCESS TO MEDICINE LAKE
WHEREAS, the Cit.- of Plymouth wishes to provide public access to Medicine
Lake during the witter months, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that an
agreement between the City and Harty's Boat Rental be executed it 3rder
to provide said accesr.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign an agreement between the City of Plymouth and Harty's Boat
Rental for the providing of a public access from East Medicine Lake
Boulevard onto Medicine Lake during the winter season.
