The following members were The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-565 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER AN ORDER WITH RESPECT TO A HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS BUILDINGS LOCATED ON THE PARCEL OF LAND BEARING PIN # 21-118-22-22-0009 WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has made a written report to the Council relative to the condition of the buildings located on the Parcel of Land identified as PIN # 21-118-22-22-0009 in the City of Plymouth, and WHEREAS, in said report the Building Official has recommended that proceedings be commenced for the repair of said buildings or, in the alternative, for their razing and removal, all pursuant to Sections 463.15 et seq. of Minnesota Statutes. WHEREAS, said report has been examined and considered by the Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Mayor and the City Manager be authorized and directed to enter an Order, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A" to the owners of the property located on the parcel of land identified as PIN # 21-118-22-22- 0009, City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as provided by the provisions of Sections 463.15 et seq. of Minnesota Statutes. 2. That the City Attorney is authorized and directed to cause such Order to be served upon the owners of record of said premises, or their agents, upon any occupants therein and upon all lien holders of record and to proceed with the enforcement of said Order as provided by Minnesota Statutes. r 5 - Reselutiorl No. 86-565 Page Two The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following vote against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
