Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetingg of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held -on the 8th day
of September 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Counci`members Zrain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
COuncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-563
REVISION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 10046
PROJECT NO. 225
45TH/46TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 85-774, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for on Outlot C, Trenton Place Addition; and
WHEREAS, assessments were incorrectly placed on the above referenced parcel of
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
That the assessments be relevied in the following amount on Outlot C Trenton
Place as shown below:

The other terms of the special assessment shall remain as is shown in the
aforementioned resolution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
__Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voters in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
' Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
