HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-561CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of Se tember , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Urain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 561 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION - UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the Developers of Artograph are petitioning the City Council for the vacation of the following utility easement: The existing drainage and utility easement over the East 6 feet of the North 304.19 feet of Lot 3, Block 1 of the plat of Plymouth Orchards 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The existing drainage and utility easement over the most Northerly 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1 of the plat of Plymouth Orchards 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; said 10 foot easemsent beginning at the common corner to Lots 2 and 3 of said Block 1 and . running Easterly to the most Northeasterly corner of said Lot 3. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 6, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the CoLacil Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilme_mbers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur Thi following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
