HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-560CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of September , 1986. The following members were present: Mayo;- Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Rcsolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-560 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 2, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Bass Lake Estates 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 8, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 2, 1986. The petitioners have waived their ri;ht to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
