Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of
September , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
ounce mem ers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-552
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING REMODELING
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Public Works Building Remodeling Contract:
1. Change ceiling type
2. Paint lunchroom
3. Reoilznt stairway in repair shop
4. Relocate office light switch
5. Install emergency lighting in main stairway
. 6. Install vinyl base on outside of locker room hall
7. Remove abandoned plumbing in Room 7
8. Relocatt electric in wall for new entry to Room 25
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Public Works Building Remodeling
Contract, is reco=cnded for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1 for the Public Works Building
Remodeling Contract by deducting $226.00 is hereby approved and the original
contract price of $53,540.00 is revised to $53,314.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution r,1as duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
. Vasiliou, and Zitur-
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
