Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the�-tKi— day of September . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,Touncilmembers Crain, Sisk, VaRliou,
and Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-542
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR ROBERT SONDAG FOR AT 13300 33RD AVENUE
NORTH (86088)
WHEREAS, Robert Sondag has requested a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to construct a
two-family dwelling in the R-2 (low density multiple residence) District on Lot 17,
Block 1, CATES PLYMOUTH CREEKSIDE ESTATES; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Robert Sondag for a
Conditional Use Permit Amendment to construct a two-family dwelling in the R-2 Zoning
District at 13300 33rd Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Robert Sondag and Phil Weinard and shall not be
transferable.
3. Compliance with applicable conditions established through the approval of the
Cates Plymouth Creekside Estates development, as cited in the Development Contract
and Resolution 85-344.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, t eo ow.ng
voted in favor thereof: ayor, c ne der, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasillou, and
