Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Sth day of September 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider�ouncilmembers Craint Sls, Va—sTliou
and Zitur

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-541
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR
LAWRENCE CARLSTON AT 2050 LANCASTER LANE (86098)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Lot Consolidation for Lawrence Carlston for
property at 2050 Lancaster Lane under Resolution No. 86-540;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed with Hennepin
County.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing of the Lot Consolida-
tion with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: ayorSchneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur he following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.-
