NOV Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of Se t�ember�, 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider ouncilmembersCrain, Sisk Vashiou
and Zitur
following me ers were absent: none e
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-537
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR WILLOW HAVEN NORTH FOR JANES PETERSON
ASSOCIATES (86033)
WHEREAS, James Peterson Associates has requested approval for a Final Plat for Willow
Haven North, a plat for 8 single family residential lots east of Vicksburg Lane at 48th
and 49th Avenues North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
•MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for James Peterson Associates for Willow Haven North located east of Vicksburg
Lane at 48th and 49th Avenues North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foil"arNi�3ng
