Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the �h day of September . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor SchneiderZ.o cilmembersCrain, Sisk, Vasiliou
and Ziture
rollowing members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-535
APPROVING VARIANCES AND SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT
CONSOLIDATION FOR ROBERT AND LAUREL SCRIBNER AT 2015 LANCASTER LANE (86098)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Lot Consolidation and Variances for Robert and
Laurel Scribner for property at 2015 Lancaster Lane under Resolution No. 86-536; and,
WHEREAS, Robert and Laurel Scribner have requested variances regarding lot size and
yard setback for a garage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed wit.i Hennepin
County.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing of the Lot Consolida-
tion with Hennepin County.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the following variances are approved on the basis that the
Ordinance Variance Criteria have been met:
1. Approved variances include lot size of 10,000 sq. ft. vs. 18,500 sq. ft.; lot
width of 50 ft. vs. 110 ft.; and, front yard setback of 15 ft. All other yard
setbacks shall comply with the R -1A Zoning ^iatrict standards.
2. The garage dimensions shall not exceed 30 ft. x 30 ft.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow
voted n favor thereof: yor, neider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and
