The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Eouncilmembers craln, SIN,Va—sTltou and Zitur e following mem ers were absent: none Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 86-534 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL. USE PERMIT SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ST. PHILIP THE DEACON CHURCH (86071) WHEREAS, St. Philip the Deacon Church has requested a Conditional Use Permit Site Plan Amendment to allow the expansion of the church parking lot at 17205 County Road 6; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for St. Philip the Deacon Church for a Conditional Use Permit Site Plan Amendment for parking lot expansion at the site at 17205 County Road 6, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 4. The permit is issued to the St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 5. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 6. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, efollowing voted n favor thereof: ayor c neider Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and and Zitur The followIng voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
