HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-531CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 250 day of August , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor bChnelder, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No 86-531 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT FERNBROOK LANE ADJACENT TO PROPOSED KINGS NORTH ADDITION BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fernbrook Lane adjacent to proposed Kings North Addition by the installation of watermain, street, including concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and sanitary st,wer filed with the Council on April 21, 1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjuration with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement is recommended. 3. The report shall include the necessary improvements from the South line of Kings North Addition to the North line of proposed 46th Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained:. none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
