Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day or Au st . 1986.

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-527
RESOLUTION DECLARING PARCEL NO. 34-118-22-14-0063 AS NATURAL PRESERVE
PURSUANT TO PLYMOUTH CITY CODE SECTION 810.03, SUBDIVISION 2
WHEREAS, Plymouth City CoJe Section 810.03, Subdivision 2 provides that natural
preserves shall be publicly owned lands designated as park or open space or private
property approved by the City which are set aside to preserve their natural
characteristics and qualities; and
WHEREAS, parcel no. 34-118-22-14-0063 presently owned by the City is to be conveyed
to adjacent property owners; and
WHEREAS, the adjacent property owners have unanimously requested that the parcel be
declared a natural preserve pursuant to Section 810.03, Subdivision 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does declare parcel no. 34-118-22-14-0063 to be
natural preserve under the purview of Plymouth City Code Section 810.03, Subdivision
2.
FURTHER, that this declaration should h. 3 no impact with respect to the destruction
of noxious weeds as defined by the Minnesota Commissioner of Agriculture.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor chneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed —andadopte
