Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sRecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of
Au�4ust 1986. The following members were present: Ivor Schneider_

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-526
APPROVAL OF REVISED GRADING PLAN FOR
OAKDALE WEST 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission and City Council had previously approved
the Final Plat and Development Contract for Oakdale West 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the approvals included a grading plan for the development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, Don Myron is desirous of excavating material from an
existing pond in order to provide for an open water pond; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has secured a permit from the Minnehahs Creek Watershed
District (No. 86-109), subject to certain conditions, incLuding the approval of
the City of Plymouth for said work;
NOW, THEF%FORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM.O►ITU, MINNESOTA: That the revised grading plen submitted by Don Myron for
10 the Oakdale West 3rd Addition, as prepared by Gordon R. Coffin Company, Inc.,
dated October 18, 1984, Commission No. 84-126 and revised on July 29, 1986 to
include the dredging of the existing pond to provide for standing water to a
depth of approximately four feet is hereby approved by the City Council with
the following conditions:
1. The Developer shall not include the placement of any spoil
material on the North boundary of the plat.
2. The Developer shall secure the permit from the Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District prior to commencing work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain and
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vrsiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
